Ministry of Colour

Currently working for the ministry of colour in the independent state of Camberwell/Peckham. Thinking about how to design the colour scheme of our state. To research this we will be distributing colouring in books of camberwell/ Peckham in Peckham square this Friday in the hope that the occupants of the state will come up with mew colour scheme ideas!

This gives me an idea for this project that it could be about redesigning the area...Using the area and characters in the area as inspiration for how it could be redesigned....Similarly to how Grayson Perry designed A House for Essex:

Easter Break

Some sketching I did over the easter break. Didn't have time for anything too crazy as have mostly been working on my essay but have been spending some time walking around London and in parks as I think about the upcoming independent state project.

These two are after seeing Sonia Delaunay at Tate Modern and feeling inspired as I'm planning on designing patterns for IPS project next year:

Thinking also about voting....I actually don't believe in party politics really because how can you agree with every single policy of a party...I would prefer it if we all voted on every issue that was being changed...That way maybe when we voted we would just follow our hearts and there wouldn't be so much tactical bullshit. Just an idea...
